The 48VDC output integrated telecom rectifier system is a 19-inch sub-rack power solution from ESTEL, built for high-capacity telecom and industrial applications that demand dependable DC power. Its space-efficient design allows for easy integration into central office shelters, aggregation nodes, and large-scale base station installations, including 4G/5G macro sites, core network nodes, industrial communication hubs, and microwave backbone stations.
 
Operating from a 380VAC three‑phase input, this sub‑rack produces a regulated ‑48V DC output to supply telecommunications and data communication equipment with stable power. The three‑phase architecture inherently promotes balanced loading across the utility grid, minimizing harmonic distortion and improving overall power quality. In addition, the configuration enables substantially higher power delivery compared to single‑phase alternatives—a critical advantage in high‑density installations. With robust thermal management and redundant rectifier slots, the system is purpose‑built for mission‑critical environments where uptime, efficiency, and long‑term reliability are non‑negotiable.
 
With a maximum output capacity of 30kW (3kW × 10 modules). It delivers high efficiency (>96%), supports a wide input voltage range for grid stability, and features N+1 redundancy to ensure uninterrupted operation even if a single module fails. The system incorporates two-tier load shedding with LLVD (for non-critical loads and BLVD for mission-critical equipment), optimizing battery energy during power outages.
